My interest in complementary health therapies began over twenty years ago, arising from my  own health needs.  It has evolved into a passion to help people live, work, and play better.  It is an honor for me to serve and educate my clients with exceptional professional skills,  techniques and intent.  My foundation is a broad and rich education in both Eastern and Western styles of massage and bodywork.  Additional internships and private studies accumulate to well over 900 hours of study.  Certified in   Reflexology, Massage Therapy,  Energetic Bodywork, Jin Shin Jyutsu.

My goal is to work with you to get you feeling better as fast as possible so you can enjoy your life.
